Hello-
I’m having a small but annoying problem when I start up Windows 98. The computer is telling me that it cannot read from Drive A: like it thinks it’s a network drive. If I put a floppy disk in and hit retry everything works fine. If I hit abort the message disappears, but I am left with a blank desktop and no other programs load. Any floppy disk I’ve put in let’s the computer load. I’ve tried some different things I cleared out the documents and start up stuff from those foldersin the start menu. I’m confused because if the computer was looking for a particular program wouldn’t I have to use the same floppy all the time? Any suggestions on this matter would be appreciated.
Thanks-
