Windows and Power saving

By salehd ·
If I leave a laptop running, the power saving feature get it to standby, but to reactivate the system, I had to turn it off (Cut off the power) then restart it.
I think the problem is windows drivers and power option.
Any suggestion to solve this in addition to upgrade drivers and windows?
Thanks

Check your Laptop Operators Manual before you do anything, there's usually a Sleep/Wake key on your keyboard that should activate it from Standby without a restart. Also be a little patient as it usually takes a while to initialize from Standby.
