I am receiving the following error message “The file ‘\Windows\AppMgr\Install\Microsoft Handheld PC 2.0 SP 1.CAB’ is not a valid windows CE services setup file.” on a Compaq C-Series palm top. I have had synchronisation problems with this machine and a Dell GX1 previously but found the desktop was running Active Synch 3.x, which I assumed was too recent a version on such an old palm top so rolled back to 2.2. This cured the problem for a while but I am now receiving the above error. Any clues?
