Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) get stopped

I m using win xp for internet shairing purpose. as i shaired internet connection, the windows firewall gets stopped,& to start the firewall
i have to restart my pc for every 5min.

what should i do for this…

please give suggestion

I m using windows xp r2 pack on my pc..

  Check Services settings for Windows Firewall/ICS and make sure it is set to Automatic. Check the dependencies tab, and make sure the services listed are all running and set to automatic.
  
  You can restart the firewall service from here as well.
  
  You should probably scan for malware.
