Windows not displaying correct drive size

by brian . Updated 17 years, 11 months ago

We are running off a SBS 2003 server with a RAID configuration, and each workstation is using Windows XP Pro. This system was installed 6 months ago and has been running fine. However, yesterday three of our users are unable to save to the server. When exploring the network, the properties of the server are showing it is only a 1 GB hard drive at full capacity, yet from other systems that are working fine, we can see the full 231 GB using half of its storage. We have tried re-mapping the network drives, rebooting all the machines including the server, and we are unable to solve the problem. From each of the computers with the error, we can access the server and see that the folders on the server contain several GB’s of data, far more than the 1 GB shown. Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated.
