Windows NTP Synchronization

How can i configure Windows 2000 or 2003 as NTP Server and synchronize all network devices and Windows and Linux machines with it? Please help

While the above answer is correct if you don't have any documentation for your Nix install/s then you can make use of your nearest Linux Users Group for an answer there is a listing of all the LUG's here

1. Thanks for the answer. Well, i had already gone through the document about configuring the NTP in Windows environment.
2. What i really want was how to configure Linux servers to accept Windows Server as NTP Source.
3. Also the main thing is how to configure the Network Devices like firewall, router, switches, etc to synchronize with Windows Server.

Thanks once again and looking for you suggestions.

Mixed Linux and Windows NTP

Rather than using the broken Windows built-in NTP, install a 3rd party solution. The best I've found is the Meinberg port of the official NTP code:
