Windows server administration

dear sir,

i am working as a system administration in a company. we have around 25 server. i need to monitor all the server is there any tool to check the server like(disk usage,mem usage,log files,patch update).
what is the checklist for windows server and how we have to check all in simple way.

MMC

The MMC console would let you open practically everything you want to monitor in one console,

(type mmc in command prompt)

From there you can add monitoring snap-ins from any server/client on your network to show information from event logs, performance, etc

They have a lot of application for monitoring almost everything.
