I have a user that connects to a windows fax server through a unc printer \\server\fax. Every couple of weeks, she will fax, and then when she returns to a word document, it comes up all corrupted on the screen, and she has to restart to fix the problem. It doesnt actually edit the document, just changes the way it looks on the screen, and the way it prints.
Ive updated Office to the latest version (2003, updated to all service packs), and still cannot fix this issue. Anyone have any idea?
Its on an XP machine, joined to a domain with all Win 2K3 servers.
