I have a W2K8 TS RemoteAPP farm for our CRM application, with two TS remoteApp and a single TS Gatway machine. It provides access from insinde and outside our network via MS ISA 2006. Currentlly I have 80 rdp clients that connects to that application over remoteApp.
Everything works great except the fact that our CRM application background prints some jobs to remote printers (\\servername\printername). When this happens, the applications hangs for a (big) while because the users session doesn?t have the printer (\\servername\printername) connected on is session on the remoteApp server.
My question is: how can I connect several printers (10) to all remoteApp sessions that connects to my remoteApp farm? This can be done by GPO? And if it can be done, how can I assure that this is a one time job?
Due to the fact that some of the printers are distant and over low bandwidth connections, it is very important that this is a one time job.
