Customer has computer with WinXP Pro. When you try to use Windows Update, it downloads the updates, starts to install them, then download window closes and Win Update page says updates were not installes. I tried deleting the tmp files in the WUtempfolder, and renaming the Windows Update folder, but it still would not work. Any suggestions?
