I have a HP system running Windows Me: 766 Mhz,128 MB of RAM, 10 gig of hard drive, and then i have upgraded to Windows XP since i upgraged to WindowsXP and it lost a DVD / CD drive and it takes forever to starup, 5 minutes or longer and windows does load and take long to execute. i have reinstalled,reformatted and defragment but the problem still persists. please help me.
