Something seems to take over my computer for a few seconds and freezes the controls. Then the computer returns to what appears to be normal operation. A few seconds later the same thing occurs.
The graph under the Performance tab of the Task Manager spikes up whent the freeze occurs and drops back down when returning to normal.
Help! What is the problem?
