I use Windows XP Professional and office XP and when i open any window,after some time other windows start popping on the screen without being activated/opened.I have tried to use NAV and it,s utilities but to no avail.I even formatted the hard-diskand re-installed the OS but it still has that problem.
So am wondering if it’s a hard-ware problem e.g. the mouse,Sd-ram (and am using 192mb),hard-disk etc or is it a software problem.
I used a WIPE IT diskette when formatting and i later discovered it had a virus called Eek b.But i used nav 2002 and it’s utilities and it verified that theirs no virus on my computer.Could this have affected at the time of formatting in some way.
