In a school district currently using Novell client 5.3, W2000 server and XP envrionment, user profiles are “sticking” and local files are created as users log in. This is nearly all the time. In a volatile environment, these profiles should be erased. We have used a registry hack called User Profile cleaning program. We have constant failures. Copying profiles.sharing resources, and machine security has become problematic. Is there any fix for this on a permanent basis?
