During WinME boot, my Notebook gets 2 messages: WINSPOOL.DRV was not found & error loading POWRPROF.DLL. As a result, most programs won’t execute, I can’t reinstall WinME (error – SUWIN caused GPF in module VERX.DLL @ 0002:24AE), can’t upgrade to WinXP & can’t install any software. My notebook has no floppy. I ran SCANPM.EXE in DOS – no viruses. Files/Folders are good. Any solution?
