Wireless Home Networking

By mnelson40 ·
Does anyone have any recommendations for a wireless router for home. I live in a moderately sized apartment. I have a PC (wired), wireless lap (Dell Inspiron Wireless-N minicard), a PS3 and a Nintendo Wii. I have gotten the list down to either a Linksys or D-Link. Just not sure which company or router to go with. I was also looking at Super G (MIMO) instead of Draft-N since it may not be finalized until Spring 2009. Thanks for any and all advice.

Linksys

by patb071 In reply to Wireless Home Networking

I have a linksys at home. I had a linksys for less then a year and it went bad. Linksys had no problem sending me a replacement. this current one has worked great since and they are very easy to configure.

I second that

I have been using my Linksys for a year, and have used others brands before that, it is by far the easiest to set up and configure. Not even one issue with it so far, so I really can't tell you about their support system...but that is a good thing isn't it?

I use a Linksys Wireless Router and it works great. They are supposed to be one the better ones that are out there on the market I've heard. Good luck to you my friend!!!
