If I read this correctly

If I read this correctly you want to take a Wireless USB 3G Cellular modem and hard cable it to a wireless router.

Umm no really can't happen unless you have a very specific router.

Your best bet is setup the 3G Cell Modem to a PC on the network and then share the internet access with the network.

The concept of hardwiring a 3G Cellular modem seems a bit 'out there'.

Its common

Its a common thing to try and do in locations where telephone polls don't exist.

There are a rare few routers that can support a usb device but more common are the ones that use the PCMCIA card for celluar broadband connections.
