We have a networked system using Microsoft Windows 2000 from a central server. Using Word 2000 through a system called DACS, which is linked to a Wisdom Database, users requiring to type a letter can only view/choose 1 address at a time via an Address.ini (.txt file).
I have asked our IT software providers if there is a way to either view more than 1 address at a time or reach the desired address without sitting there clicking like a moron – their answer is possibly, but they do not know!
Can anyone assist please – we sometimes have up to 100 addresses in individual the Address.ini for a client.
