A user has created a Word 97 document using a Windows 2000 OS which prints fine to a HP8000 printer using the latest PCL drivers (I’ve also tried PS). The user is now wanting to print this same doc using Word 97 on Windows 98 OS to the same printer again using the latest drivers.
When the user attempts to do this, the doc displays fine in print preview, but when printed some of the images are lost. I have copied the image that doesn’t get printed onto a new Word doc, and this prints fine to the same printer.
Any ideas?
