Has anybody come across a problem in Terminal servers where word crashes when asked to print. I have a group of people who use RDP’s and when they print word randomly crashes, tries to recover the document. But everything is lost in the document. I have 2 identical servers and it only happens on one. I have run repair on office,recreated the normal.dot and cleared out all non relevant recovered files.
My only other option I think is to uninstall office and reinstall however I am not convinced this will work. Does anybody have any other Ideas.
