working with 2 domains on one physical network for inetrnet/e-mail access

Hi this is my situation..
we are merging 2 companies, both have an existing domain in place Company A (win 2K, campanyA.local, 192.168.0.10, 255.255.255.0)
Company B (Win SBS 2k3, companyB.local, 192.168.1.50, 255.255.255.0, no exchange installed/active)

We are physically moving Company B and it’s servers to Company A’s office..we don’t currently need them to communicate between each other at this point (maybe in the future) so all I need is for Company B’s workstation/servers to communicate with each other (with it’s own domain) and for them to be able to access the internet and retrieve pop-e-mail from our ISP (no exchange installed yet). We have a symantec gateway security 420 router (DHCP enabled .11-.50 scope) which is a little confusing to configure..

What router configurations if any need to be done, what subnet issues do I need to consider (or can they reside on the same subnet?), are there any AD considerations..can this be done easily or what better suggestions does anyone have?

Thanks
