A customer has brought in their computer with XP home installed on the system, at the moment it looks like someone has played with the accounts of the users and locked out the admin account. All I get on the screen is the background and that’s it so I think in the account rights they have also marked the start bar and icons to not be seen.
Does anyone know of a way around this problem, I have tried safe mode and safe mode with network support and the closest I have come to any success is getting the safe mode with command prompt which so far is the only thing besides the background I have seen.
Hope there is an easy answer to this one besides “nope gonna have to reload” which I know is going to be a popular answer and the one I fearthe most.
