Your Microsoft Exchange Server is Unavailable

I have a combination of Windows XP and Windows Vista machines, running either Office 2003 or 2007. We run SBS2003 and Microsoft exchange. All the machines run fine while within the network, but only the Windows Vista machines with Office 2007 can connect to the server remotely all the other machine XP with Office 2003 or XP with Office 2007 all say Your Microsoft Exchange Server is Unavailable – and they cannot connect. the certificates are installed on each machine yet they don’t connect. All these accounts are linked to Windows Mobile phones which are able to check mail across GSM networks, so I am really stumped.

Any advice?

Are all the PCs in a workgroup or a domain?
Can the PCs ping the Domain Controllers and Exchange servers?
Run DCDIAG.exe on Domain Controller to ensure services are working ok.
Are all FSMO roles and Global Catalog services is working?
Try running NETDIAG.exe tool on Workstation PCs to ensure they network setup is ok.

can resolve this problem by restart Exchange services .
