Does anyone make zero-flicker computer monitors?

Are any of the “low-flicker monitors” completely flicker free, not just low enough flicker to meet some low-flicker certification? Ideally I’m looking for something completely flicker-free like the LG EVO OLED TVs, but smaller. I do not know all the terminology but some things I’ve been told to look for are monitors with no PWM (pulse width modulation), no DSLR, and no temporal dithering. What are my choices?

I would suggest that you spend the big $$ for a powerful graphics card first and then concentrate on the monitor secondly. Is this for a specific project that requires a special monitor?

My son’s laptop has a 320Hz display.

Flicker is something I can’t find there. And I’m talking flicker, not low FPS from some game or video.
It’s some MSI 15.6″ laptop with the i9, RTX3060, 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD. It’s out of this world on performance.

https://www.cnx-software.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/DASUNG-e-Ink-Color-Monitor.jpg is about crowd-funding for a color e-ink monitor. That’s unsure, of course. But maybe the poster is happy with a black-and-white one. Seems fine for most office work.
