I am trying to view a .hlp file installed on my Windows 7 / 64-bit PC. There is or was a WinHlp32.exe available from Microsoft but it seems not for W7 64 bit systems (even though the impression is given that there is a 64 bit version). The WinHlp32 file in question is downloaded on my PC but when I try to run it it says that it is incompatible.
If this is just not possible I was wondering if there was an option to “convert” the format to something that W7 could read.
