HP won’t print bottom 1/3 of page

Hello,

We have a networked HP 4000 laserjet printer. Users are printing AutoCad and Word files. When they print a Word file it frequently doesn’t print the bottom 1/3 of the page. It has the PCL6 driver and it is set to use a specific tray.
Mixed environment of NT, 2K and XP
