    is there a way i can get my reddit password?!

    I need to change computers. When I login to reddit it happens automatically so my password is obviously saved in Chrome. But when I go into my Chrome passwords, it has it for all the other sites but not this one. So I dont know what to do about that.

    I tried changing passwords but apparently in order to change passwords I need to know my current one. Fair enough. But why cant I find it in the browser?!

      Maybe it’s saved in a cookie or in web storage on your account in your device. Then copy that to your new PC.
      But I see a “forgot password” link on their login page. All you seem to need to know: your username and your email address.

      And let me recommend to use a password manager (like Lastpass, Bitwarden, Keepass) to safely store your passwords. It’s indispensible for everybody who has more than one different password on internet.

      Almost every web site that I have used requiring a username/passcode has an option for users who forget it. Seems easy enough to me.
