In our domain, by default, a users My Documents are redirected to a server share. and mostly this is working, except for one laptop. The laptop is th eusers personal property but he uses it for work (sales). While in the building he is logged into the domain. His documents are being redirected to the server, but a copy is not being left on the local machine, its a complete move. Also, he does not have an option to make the files available off-line when left clicking My documents. No other problems in the domain with this so far so its local to his computer.
Any thoughts on where to look?

Im very slow today… you have to turn on offline files before the redirection will leave them behind…. someone feel like smacking the back of my head?
