    My Laptop has startup issues?

    My laptop doesn’t turn on properly. It either shows a black screen or gets stuck at the startup logo. What could be causing this issue?

      Could be a failing HDD/SDD or the PSU is dying. Can you eventually connect to your normal setup/main screen? Is it plugged in to a wall outlet or operating on battery? What make/model laptop? How old is it? Under warranty still?

      The usual I run into is a failed boot drive. We usually remove that drive, slip in a shop drive and re-test.
