Printer will not stop printing as I work
Printing through TSPrint out of sales and accounting software –
Hi guys, I’ve got a really weird issue with a client of mine, she uses RDP to connect to a server and access accounting software to create and edit various invoices and purchase orders etc.
Printing works through TSPrint to print to the default printer on her personal machine, which is installed through a share from a different File/Printer server.
The issue is that whenever she works on the accounting/sales software, printing jobs are constantly sent to the printer as she works, what comes it is one line per page of whatever she is doing on the program, Ie. Selecting an invoice will print 3-4 pages with each page having a line of info from the invoice.
As a workaround, she pauses printing and then restarts it when she needs it.
Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? BTW the software is called IQRetail
