Do you feel it is still applicable for IT professionals to make two seperate partitions for server builds? I have always been taught to put the OS on the C: and the data on the D:. Do you still feel this is a must do or do you think that this method is a thing of the past. I am going over my server build procedures and revisiting this topic. File servers I will continue this way for sure but other servers I am not so sure. What do you think?
