Set up 2 DHCP Servers on the same network

Hi, Can any explan the the process(es) invole in setting up two DHCP servers with in the same LAN? The operating system on the servers are Windows Server 2003 and the Cliens PCs are running Windows XP Professional.

That the IP address range for the DHCP servers don’t overlap.You can do this in the DHCP management console
