Does anyone have experience with note taking tablets, I am looking for ipad mini size but and android version

Can you explain what you mean with “ipad … but and android version”?

Do you want to connect the tablet to an external keyboard to take notes, or use the on-screen keyboard (like it’s on a phone) or do you want to be able to write on it with a stylus?

Tablets are plenty today. (USA.)
