I recently downloaded Microsoft Flight Simulator X:Steam Edition. When I tried to run the game, it came up with the following error: The application failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Following some guides, I installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and rebooted my computer. However, it still did not work. Another guide suggested changing some registry settings, but I couldn’t find the specific registry files on my computer. I run Windows 10 Pro. Please help!
