To Setup new Organisation

I have the following infra in my hand with both the locations mentioned below, I want to start my own business centre in both the place. Kindly help us with a detailed procedure for implementing the Infrastructure in both place:

Infra in my hand:
Bangalore Location:
One Domain Name Registered xxxxxxx.com with Net 4 Registrar
(where ?x? ? indicates my domain name)
Two Static IP with Airtel ISP (DSL Broadband of 2Mbps)
Intel Xeon Server (Server Machines ? Windows Server 2003 R2) ? 4 Nos.
Intel Pentium Dual Core (Client Machine ? Windows XP Sp3) ? 25Nos.

Chennai Location:
Two Static IP with Airtel ISP (DSL Broadband of 2Mbps)
Intel Xeon Server (Server Machines ? Windows Server 2003 R2) ? 2 Nos.
Intel Pentium Dual Core (Client Machine ? Windows XP Sp3) ? 25Nos.

Things I required:
Scenario -1:
Bangalore is the main head office, here I want to set primary (DC) and secondary server (ADC), 1 DNS server, 1 Remote Desktop server.
Configurations have to be done:
1.DC to be created by the domain name xxxxxxxx.com.
2.OU?s to be created for both location
3.Department OU?s to be created in both OU locations
4.Users to be created in each department accordingly.
5.ADC to be created
6.DNS member server to be created to maintain dns entries.
7.Remote member server to be created
8.Clients to be connected with the DC.

Scenario ? 2:
Chennai is the branch office, I want to set a server which has to get authentication from the Bangalore server and give access for the Chennai clients to work.

1.Server to be configured to join DC Server @ Bangalore (Authentication request Server)
2.Clients to be connected once the authentication received from the Bangalore server.
3.Remote member server to be created.

Kindly send detailed configuration report to be configured for the above scenarios:

2.DNS entries in DNS Server

My consulting fees start at $450 USD per hour. I estimate this will be a 12 hour project. Please provide a billing address; payment terms are 50% in advance, 50% upon completion of the job.

Travel Expenses Too?

I think that you will need to go onsite to both locations so you may want to include travel expenses. I also have heard that in order to travel to India from the US, there is a mandatory lay-over in Amsterdam... I believe that falls under travel expenses too...
