two routers

I have two routers one is a Dlink I604 which is on the network I want to add the second which is a linksys BEFSR41 is it posible the reason why is that i need to add two more computers to the network and the budget doesn't permit new hardware so i'm forced to do with what i have

Well, I can't answer for how to do this if the D-Link is your primary router.

D-Link has NO information on cascading additional switches to the router.

I know that you can cascade additional switches onto the BEFSR41, as I am doing this myself.

On the Linksys, you connect the WAN port on the second switch (router) to the first (number 1) LAN port.

On the second router, just disable / bypass most of the router features.

A simple switch / hub can be found for under $20 (US), and would be all you would need in the form of additional hardware.
This would avoid any configuration issues with the router in either the D-Link or the Linksys routers.
