Hi. I need the easiest suggestion for this task:
I work at a school. We have directories for each grade. So directories named: “First Grade”, “Second Grade”, etc. Then we have groups in Active Directory for each grade, giving rights to the corresponding folders. Each year we remove all the students from the groups and have to add them to the next years grade.
This seems to be a long and tedious process. Also – I cannot assign this as a project to anyone because they do not know who goes in what grade.
Does anyone have any ideas for how I can make this an easier task? I m open to changing directory structures if necessary.
