Dutch City Simplifies IT Management and Creates a Modern, Mobile Workplace

As part of its new world of work initiative, the city of Zeist, Netherlands, moved to a Microsoft-based infrastructure to streamline its IT operations and facilitate remote working. City employees now use the Microsoft Office 365 suite of productivity tools to work on laptops or mobile devices from anywhere with an Internet connection and the city has instituted flexible workspaces to reduce facilities costs. As a result of the city’s investment in Microsoft solutions, staffs now have access to new software that increases their efficiency.
