I have two epson stylus pro 7500 large format printers, one works fine but the other will not communicate with the computer ,,i pressume its not the leads or drivers as i use the same computer and the same leads when opperating both printers! can any help me find the problem i think it may be a setting on the printer itself but im not sure!
it was all working fine then one day last week the error come up on my computer “error communicating with printer”
if i print a test sheet using the display on the printer it works fine and the test sheet is accurrate! this would indicate that all is good with the basic printing and motherboard functions, but im unable to send any work to the printer from the computer and it also fails to communicate when i try to use the status monitor in the epson printer properties, anyone know about this error? please help!!:~)
