I havent used my color printer in a couple months.
The ink was running low on the Yellow, Red and Blue ink cartridges. I used the black or printed “grey” a dozen times, and then havent used it for a couple months.
I added ink to the cartridges because i needed to print color now, however, it didnt seem to work. the large black ink has a warning on the screen saying its running low (when i just filled it earlier today). Then, the printer only prints yellow and black ink. It wont print Red and Blue.
I needed to print for a project so i went to the store and bought the canon ink to replace the ones that werent working… that didnt fix the problem.
What do I do?? I need this printer to print in color.
I seriously appreciate help on this trouble shooting problem.
