    citrix printer drivers re: hpdj895

    We are using the HPDJ 540C driver now. It is somehow allowing a particualr page to escape, not even a blank page prints out. The same report is sent to a laserjet and it prints fine. Printing the report on a local HPDJ 895 prints perfectly. Is there a better driver available when using the DJ 895 printer? Thanks!

      I take it you mean that nothing will print to the prn when in Citrix? I have been using Metaframe 1.8 and Terminal Server 4 SP6. I have had several printing issues and most were solved by recreating the printer on the terminal server as a network printer (installing from network neighborhood). Another possibility could be outdated drivers but not likely if printing is possible outside of Citrix. If printing was possible in the past reinstall the printer drivers and give it a whirl.

      Nothing wakes you faster on a monday morn than users that cant print!
