How come Dell will not sell printer ink in retail stores? I just ordered a Dell printer on the phone.I was not told that the only way I can replace the ink cartriges is by ordering them through Dell, if I don’t, the warranty is null and void.
Sure the printer was on sell, but to me having to buy the ink from Dell is a hassle!When you order it takes five days to get here, or, if you pay extra you get next day service.I tell you if I had been told this from the start, I WOULD’NT HAVE ORDERED THE PRINTER!
