    Excel 2000 print preview

    When previewing and printing an excel worksheet using WindowsNT Workstation, the margins loose their allignment and the page appears squat together. It also prints this way.
    This happens with only one particular document on one workstation. It previews and prints properly on all other computers with WindowsNT on the network.
    All Excel Knowledge Base articles have been researched without results, ie changing resolutions, margins etc…
    have not resolved the problem.
    Printer drivers have been re-installed, and viewing with the PDF viewer is ok.

    Any suggestions on what can be done to fix this problem????

      In Excel click File | Print Area | Set Print Area or Clear Print Area and try printing again. If problem continues, look in the page setup to see if there are any settings that need adjustment.
