A client has a Minolta camera that automatically creates folders such as “100MLT18”. However, this folder appears as running in Task Manager and the attendant process is “explorer.exe”. I have never seen a “folder” running in Task Manager.
I have removed all references to 100MLT18 (there was a folder named that in My Pictures and a reference in picasa.ini), rebooted the PC and still this folder appears in Task Manager. When you “End Task” it is removed and within 20 seconds reappears all by itself……
All this appears to be causing the right mouse click to be very slow in displaying a context menu.
