We have this scanner and it suddenly produces a black line on the scanned copies thru the adf feeder only. If you scan by lifting the lid there is no line. We have taken it apart and cleaned it but the line still appears. This scanner is used to scan approx 800 pages per day in the billing department. We are looking for any suggestions on how to fix the black line problem.
