Hidden “Print” Dialog Box

I have a customer with Outlook Express whose “Print” dialog box always pops up partially hidden. Of course, the part that is hidden always is the bottom where the “Print” or “Cancel” button is so that she cannot initiate the command to print. I’ve explained to her that she can just click and drag the top blue bar upward to make the whole box visible but she is elderly and aggravated by this. Is there a setting or fix to make the dialog box come up completely visable?
