The best thing to do in such a case is to find local help, for example a friend or family member who understands the installation guide that comes with the printer.
Maybe there’s a local service like we have here in The Netherlands where you get an IT-student to help you for a modest amount.

Anyway, just telling that you need help is not enough to get the exact help you need in a forum like this.

The HP internet site should have some online tools to help setting up or troubleshooting the printer. If that doesn’t help, try a Google search using the same key phrase as the thread title. Best wishes.
