We have a customer who insists that even though the economy mode setting is set via Novell, that the printer option for economy on an HP 4050 and a 1320n are not functioning. The print looks virtually identical. The printer is set to economy as well, but economy does not show in Word and other apps. Is there any documentation that I can provide to this customer to convince him? We’ve spent more in time researching the question than the cost of a new toner cartridge! Thanks.
