Six months ago, I purchased and HP Photosmart All-in-one Printer/Scanner and had no trouble installing the software, but XP is not recognizing/finding the printer. I have installed and uninstalled the software numerous times, done everything suggested and can not get it to work. I spent 3 hours on the phone with HP support in India and got nowhere. Staples support, where I bought the printer was no help either. HELP?
