I cannot get documents to print.
I’ve downloaded the latest drivers from hp.
When i try to get the printer to do a test page all I get is the heading.I’ve tried printing from an email, and notepad, but all I get is a paper feed.
I’m using Windows XP with latest updates.
It all worked ok about 4 weeks ago.
When I get windows to revert to an earlier date I lose the latest drivers
